Efflock 1L is a high-performance hydrophobic additive formulated for all cement-based construction materials. It delivers long-lasting protection by creating a permanent moisture-repellent barrier throughout the entire concrete matrix. Efflock prevents efflorescence by stopping water from dissolving and migrating salts and free lime, providing an effective internal waterproofing solution unaffected by structural movement or surface wear.

Installation Tips / Usage Guidelines

• Mix Ratio: Dilute 1 part Efflock with 100 parts water
• Tile Screed Instructions:
• Step 1: Prepare screed with a 3:1 or 4:1 sand to cement ratio
• Step 2: Measure and add diluted Efflock solution
• Step 3: Mix for at least 5 minutes to ensure full integration
• Step 4: Install with good compaction to eliminate voids
• Step 5: Water test screed after 24 hours for performance verification
